Mr. Beach initially began his vocation working as a district manager at Nabisco, also known as the National Biscuit Company, from 1998 to 2001. Following this post, he was active as a market leader at Kraft Foods, Inc. from 2001 until 2003. Between 2003 and 2015, he continued his career at Kraft Foods, Inc. serving in a variety of roles, including a regional director of retail, a senior manager of retail initiatives, a category sales planner and a customer business lead. Mr. Beach was then appointed to the title of a customer business lead at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he later advanced to the position of a senior customer business lead and an associate director of sales from 2015 to 2021.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Beach pursued an education at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1987. He continued his academic efforts at the University of Central Oklahoma, earning a partial Master of Business Administration and management in 1989. As a commitment to his field, he has been certified in persuasive selling, developing cross-cultural intelligence, professional networking and more. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Beach served on the Price School of Business Student Advisory Board at The University of Oklahoma.
Among his vocational accomplishments, Mr. Beach is most proud of his ability to mentor, develop and lead his team members toward their personal and professional achievements and aspirations. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his passion for working with people, as well as his flexibility, perceptiveness and leadership skills.
