CLEVELAND, TN, February 01, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thomas A. Beil has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Beil is a specialist in analytics, technology, and process improvement, having accumulated more than 15 years of industry experience. He currently serves as operations executive for SW Management Group, a position that he stepped into earlier this year, and as an adjunct professor at Lee University's School of Business. In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Beil launched a supply chain software company this year named Perfect Planner LLC.
Prior to joining SW Management Group, Mr. Beil was employed by Whirlpool Corporation, where he was the manager of materials and manufacturing from 2019 to 2022. During that time, Whirlpool recognized his outstanding work with a 2021 Best Project for Innovation Award and the 2020 W Star Award for Performance and Leadership. From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Beil served as operations and materials manager at Honeywell, where he was recognized as a Lean Champion in 2018. Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior analyst in supply chain for Kasai North America, a material planner and Lean leader for MAHLE, and held multiple roles at Polymer Technology & Services.
After graduating from high school, Mr. Beil attended Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science, both in business administration, and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Supply Chain from Liberty University. To remain on the cutting edge of his field, he completed a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute and a Lean Leadership certification from LeanCor.
Of his many professional accomplishments, Mr. Beil is especially proud of his role in helping people develop and grow in their professional careers. He loves teambuilding and mentoring and looks forward to doing more in the future. He also hopes to see his company, Perfect Planner LLC, become the first to fully automate analytics-based functions within industries. Outside of work, Mr. Beil enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, ages 7 and 3, as well as writing, spending time outside, playing musical instruments, working out, and volunteering at church.
