Prior to his current role, Mr. Doan began his career as a member of the technical staff at Telcordia Technologies in Red Bank, New Jersey in 1989. He then served as an SQA manager for NETSCOUT in 1999 until 2020. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical and electronics engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1988. He then attained a Master of Science in computer systems networking and telecommunications from Columbia University in 1991.
Within the coming years, Mr. Doan intends to build a larger customer base for eCyberForce, utilizing his observant nature to determine the best resolutions for problems in the field's market conditions. His goal is to evolve cyberspace to the point it has a level of governance.
