A longtime theater actor and director, Ms. Sisbarro is distinguished for her visionary leadership as the owner and creative director of Sisbarro Acting Studio, an organization she founded in 2014. In this capacity, she is responsible for marketing the company, training staff, directing, teaching, and mentoring young people ranging from elementary to college age, writing materials for stage plans and running a summer camp. Adjacent to her artistic and educational pursuits, Ms. Sisbarro is co-owner and sales manager for Marco Office Supply & Printing and founder and owner of Marco Mystery and History Ghost Tours of Marco Island. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Sisbarro earned a bachelor's degree in parks, recreation, and leisure studies from the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

In 2023, she was nominated for Marco Island Citizen of the Year, and she previously received honors as Woman of the Year for the Local Chapter of Businesswomen, Employee of the Year for YMCA, and various other state awards for her programs. Additionally, she is active with numerous groups in local business communities, including the chambers of commerce of Marco Island, Naples, Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach, North Fort Myers, and Punta Gorda. She previously served in leadership positions for Kiwanis, the Women's Network of Collier County, and the Local Chapter of Businesswomen.
Though her career has been filled with many memorable moments, Ms. Sisbarro is especially proud of the impactful work she has embarked upon with youth, teens, and young adults. Dedicated to creating opportunities for children, she enjoys employing her students at her theater; they have served as assistant directors and work for Ms. Sisbarro's office supply company. Her love for young people even inspired her to write a children's book, "Booey and the Bug," which was published in 2016.
Ms. Sisbarro will be launching a fourth business with a soft opening this spring that will incorporate her skills as a recreational leader and theater director. She plans to create problem solving and teamwork through creative play for companies, service organizations and nonprofits. Gina's hobbies include exploring new places with husband Phil, antiquing and oil painting.
