Prior to her current role, Mrs. Monaco began her career as a recording artist, actress and television personality in the Philippines with Star Records, ABS-CBN, GMA Network Inc. and Vicor Records in 1989 until 2005. During her artistic career, she recorded numerous excellent songs, including "Tootsie" in 1990, "Oh! Christmas Time" in 1998 and "Sa Puso Ko" in 2002. She recently has exercised her creativity by putting out the record "Best of Tootsie Guevara" with Star Music in 2013 and recording the song "Iisa Lang" in 2018. Emma Monaco aka Tootsie Guevara is famous for her several Tagalog hit songs "Pasulyap-sulyap", "Kaba", "Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig", "Sabi Na Nga Ba", "Pangako Ko Sa'yo", "Mahal Ka Sa Akin", and many more. She also wrote a couple of English hit songs "I Love the Way" and "Do You". She has been honored with several gold and multi-platinum awards over the course of her singing career in the Philippines.
Following this time, Mrs. Monaco was a realtor with New Generations Realty and a Marketing Manager for Precious Home Companion, both starting in 2005. She then served as the Director of Community Relations for Emeritus Senior Living in 2007 and worked in the same role for Fullerton and Richman Gardens Memory Care Assisted Living in 2008. She subsequently joined Fullerton Post-Acute Care as the Director of Marketing in 2010 and became the Regional Director of Business Development for Genesis Healthcare in 2011.
Mrs. Monaco continued her career as the Area Director of Business Development for Abby Pavilion Healthcare and The Pavilion at Sunny Hills in 2016 and then was Director of Business Development for Windsor Healthcare the following year. In 2019, she was promoted again and served as the Regional Director of Business Development for Windsor Healthcare until becoming the Director of Business Development and Physician Relations for Ensign Services in 2020.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Mrs. Monaco earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, Sales and Marketing from St. Paul University in the Philippines in 2002. After immigrating to the United States in 2004, she graduated from the Allied Business School of California in 2005. Within the coming years, Mrs. Monaco intends to dedicate a villa with winery to her late mother, late father and late in-laws calling it "Villa De Monaco" as her retirement passion project.
