SPRINGDALE, AR, February 10, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- LaTonya R. Jackson, Ed.D., has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Dr. Jackson is no stranger to awards and recognition. Throughout the course of her career, she has accepted numerous commendations including being a recipient of the Walmart Human Resources Global Talent Champion award in 2014. She was also inducted into the VIP Woman of the Year circle with the National Association of Professional Women (now known as International Association of Women) and was the 2013 Outstanding Doctoral Student for the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of AR for the Workforce Development Education program.
Dr. Jackson has extensive experience in talent and workforce development, thought leadership, instructional strategy, and facilitation. In 2015 she co-founded Eyedentified Consulting Services, LLC, a firm dedicated to equipping and empowering leaders, especially working mompreneurs, to grow forward in the personal and professional development journey. She deploys her strengths as a leadership coach and mentor by delivering engaging, interactive facilitated discussions or as an empowerment and motivational speaker. Her academic credentials serve as the basis for this work.
LaTonya holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Workforce Development and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Arkansas and a BS degree in Business Admin from the University of Nebraska. Notably, Dr. Jackson's dissertation is entitled "The Self-Efficacy Beliefs of Black Women Leaders in Fortune 500 Companies."
Dr. Jackson is also committed to continuing education. She has completed numerous certifications including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021. She also completed the Political Leadership Academy at George Mason University and is currently working to complete her certified professional coach designation with the iPEC.
Her certifications include the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Better Conversations EverydayTM, CCL Benchmarks, Certified Consultant for The Maxwell DISC Method, MBTI Certified Practitioner, Empowered Living Another Seat at the Table, LEAD NOW! and of course, is a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer. She joined the Maxwell Leadership Team in 2016 as she began her pursuit of full-time entrepreneurship, looking for a credible and trusted source that she found in the John Maxwell name. Today, she facilitates and coaches' leaders on communication, self-leadership, and inclusion.
She has published books and articles on personal leadership and inclusion. Her self-published books include The Layoff Lab: 7 Strategies to Navigate a Layoff or Career Transition and No Dead Beat Jobs: 7 Reasons Why It's Time to Start Thinking about a Career Change. She is currently collaborating on a book entitled C.O.A.C.H., a directory of coaches (to be released in March 2023). She has co-authored books, including 5 Blinders to Seeing Color (with Dr. Angela Courage-Mellott) and I Am Called, a children's poetry book (with Sydni Jackson).

Dr. Jackson attributes much of her success to her faith in Yahweh God, a strong work ethic, the support of a broad network of supportive peers, colleagues and a sisterhood community that holds her accountable to growing and becoming all, she is destined to be.
