During the early stages of his career, Mr. Maxwell gained valuable expertise in the field in varying executive roles with S&W Seed Co., Farmer's Business Network Inc., Wyffels Hybrids, World Food Processing, Private Consulting, Asoyia, River Valley Cooperative, Monsanto and Terra Industries. Dedicated to his community, he also devotes his time to the local FFA and 4-H members assisting them with their livestock projects. Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Maxwell earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural studies with a minor in agronomy from Iowa State University.
Considering his outstanding achievements, Mr. Maxwell received the Master Sales Award from Monsanto in 2000. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he takes the most pride in his faith and the relationship with his immediate family. He also has had the opportunity to manage a couple of tremendous sales teams with extraordinary people that experienced phenomenal growth. The cornerstone of his success lay in his honesty and integrity. Within the next five to ten years, Mr. Maxwell aims to help the owner of Bio S.I.
