An expert in health care strategy as it relates to the teaching and education of physicians and medical professionals, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler is involved in extensive strategic work with various states and regions regarding rural care. She also worked for inVentiv Health as a pediatric sales specialist from 2013 to 2016 in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Additionally, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler spent more than a decade as a chef and instructor at A Southern Season from 2009 to 2020 and another 10 years as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting between 1993 and 2003. Looking toward the future, she aims to continue providing expert services and expand the company's size and scope.

Supporting various nonprofit and charitable organizations throughout her career, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler has volunteered her time with Habitat for Humanity, her local food bank and health department, and a hospital foundation in Ohio. She also helped establish a school and hospital for an underserved community in Rwanda, and administered vaccines and health checks on children in orphanages. Among other contributions, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler has been active as the past president of her local Ohio school board and with the Women President's Organization. She also established a number of new 5K races in the communities where she has lived and served as the race director.
Highly educated, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler received a Diploma in registered nursing at Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science in 1987, a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Mount Saint Joseph University in 1990, a Master of Business Administration in strategy, operations, and marketing at the University of Cincinnati in 1993, and an Associates of Culinary Arts from Alamance Community College in 2010.
Ms. Hearn-Stiffler is a professional member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. As a testament to her success, she was honored among the Top 10 Entrepreneurs to Watch in Health Care by Forbes in 2022.
