Prior to his current role, Mr. Bacchetti began his career as a regional sales manager and national sales manager for Franklin Electric in 1979, retiring from the role in 2016. Following this time, he served as a member of the board of advisors for Headwater Companies from 2017 until 2022.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Bacchetti earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and business statistics from San Diego State University in 1973. Following this accomplishment, he attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1978.
Within the coming years, Mr. Bacchetti intends to continue to grow his business, providing his services and growing his network, focusing more on the market within the United States to help establish more environmentally safe water solutions in the country.
