With his combined 15 years of teaching in the Franklin School District, Somerset, NJ, and leading as a staff developer, Mr. McCaulsky keenly understands the art of working with people to produce results.
Born in Jamaica, Mr. McCaulsky had to work diligently and consistently over the years to overcome tremendous obstacles. As a result of this dedication and consistent work, he earned a track and field scholarship to attend Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Mr. McCaulsky continued his excellence as a student-athlete in college to achieve incredible feats. Some noteworthy achievements include Big East Conference Scholar-Athlete of 2005, NJ Conference Scholar-Athlete of the year, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and Golden Key International Honour Society. Mr. McCaulsky graduated with high honors (magna cum laude) with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in English from Seton Hall University. In addition to the support of his parents, Keith and Carol McCaulsky, and his wife, Rachel McCaulsky, and brothers, Mr. McCaulsky attributes much of his success to mentors and close friends.
