Involved in local, national, and international happenings and events, she wrote and directed six major Israeli designer fashion shows, which raised several million dollars each, for UJA. Ms. Laterman frequently supports initiatives that benefit the Jewish community, she has long been passionately involved with the most cutting-edge people in cancer research today.
Ms. Laterman grew up in New York and graduated from Forest Hills High School, then subsequently studying fine arts, liberal arts and international relations at Syracuse University from 1954 to 1959. To remain aware of the newest developments in her field, she is a member of the American Federation of Arts, in addition to attending major air fairs, auctions, and many galleries.
