Mr. Grill began his career in ministry as a business and missions pastor at Community Church in Chesapeake, Virginia, in 2011. Community Church is recognized as one of the nation's largest churches, founded more than 25 years ago. Mr. Grill also served as a senior pastor at Rehoboth Reformed Church in Cadillac, Michigan, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, he had the opportunity to serve as the president of Acts 2 Network from 2012 to 2013. Acts 2 is headquartered in Chesapeake and is recognized as an international network of churches and leaders.
As a business professional, Mr. Grill worked in real estate for many years, beginning in 2002 as a commercial real estate agent at NAI Commercial. He also gained experience as a purchasing, estimator, and field manager at Pulte Homes, as a division purchasing manager, and subsequently, as a purchasing, estimating, and design manager at Centex Homes. Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Grill served as the director of construction services at Minto Communities, a family-owned and operated homebuilder based in Coconut Creek, Florida.
Mr. Grill holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Huntington University since 2004 and a Master of Divinity from Regent University since 2015. As a testament to his loyalty to the church, he is presently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in theological and ministerial studies at Western Theological Seminary.
