An expert in her field, Ms. Gruss holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in medical genetics from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and a Master of Business Administration from the Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies. Eager to share her outstanding breadth of knowledge, she has also published several articles on genetics and health care quality improvement. In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Gruss won the Most Valuable Peer Award and an accolade for her research efforts on vaccine development through Merck.
