Before embarking on a career in clinical research, Ms. Hirsh honed her expertise in customer service through varying roles with Houston's Restaurant, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Tootsie's Deli, and Rome Cleaners.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Hirsh aligns herself with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. An expert in her field, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University, which she received in 2006. Subsequently, Ms. Hirsh received a Master of Science in industrial and organizational psychology from Capella University and maintains a clinical research coordinator certification through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals since 2009.
