During the early stages of his career, Mr. Conley gained valuable expertise in education as a high school principal for Rootstown High School, and a teacher at Fairless High School and Waterloo High School.
Alongside his work, Mr. Conley contributes to his community as a board member for the North Canton Little League. Before embarking on his professional journey, he earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Hiram College. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Malone University. Likewise, Mr. Conley earned his series 6, 63 and 65 license and became licensed in life and health insurance.
In recognition of his professional achievements, Mr. Conley was named the Portage Trail Conference Coach of the Year for Baseball and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from The Class of 2006 Reunion Committee. Though his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in his four beautiful children and his gorgeous wife of nearly 15 years.
