An expert in his field, Mr. Little holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Similarly, he received a Master of Science in animal science and biostatistics from his alma mater and completed an MBA, decision sciences, from Rider University, Lawrenceville NJ. Through his degrees, he gained knowledge of animal physiology, animal breeding, the physiology of reproduction and milk secretion, animal nutrition, animal diseases, animal parasitology, biostatistics (experimental-, mathematical statistics and study design). Subsequently, Captain Little became a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense officer working with chemical and biological decontamination equipment, earned his certification and wears the Navy command ashore device. Captain Little was selected for and completed all three resident, reserve officer courses at the Naval War College, Newport, RI.
ln recognition of his professional expertise, Mr. Little received a Dedicated Service Award in 2009, from the Executive Committee of the Texas Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve and the Sea Service Section Anchor Award of the Reserve Organization of America in 2016. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes pride in receiving his master's degree before beginning a career in the Navy. The cornerstone of his success lay with the Navy because it allowed him to mature as a human being. Within the next five to ten years, Mr. Little intends to expand and experience the growth of his career.
