He is the host of several podcasts which cover the topics of coaching and productivity including Coaching Questions and Connecting Invisible Dots; he also co-hosts the ProductivityCast, CrossPlatform, Anything but Idle and Capsulas Gerenciales. Augusto has written and published two Amazon best sellers: 25 Tips for Productivity and iPadOnly: The First Real Post-PC Book among others. His book, 25 Tips for Productivity (Spanish version) was required reading for students in the School of Engineering at the Mexican University, Tecnológico de Monterrey. Augusto was a featured speaker at TEDx Fort Wayne in 2013 with his talk: Using NO to Change the World. In light of his outstanding body of work, Augusto was named as one of the 2023 "Global Gurus Top 30" for his expertise in time management.
Currently, Augusto is coaching and teaching as a productivity consultant on how to implement his productivity framework called Connecting Invisible Dots. He also helps companies use the productivity software, Nozbe, to improve their communication, work and task management. He teaches executives how to work "iPadOnly" and coaches on time management principles for the members of the Personal Productivity Club (the first online community for productivity enthusiasts).
During the early stages of his career, Augusto gained valuable expertise in the field of sales and marketing with technology based companies. He now applies this experience to the world of training, coaching and consulting on productivity and technology.
Outside of his work, Augusto has contributed to his community as a coach for TEDx Fort Wayne, a board member for The Crossing Education Center, his kid's school boards and has been very involved with Saint Maria Goretti (Indianapolis, IN) and Our Lady of the Lake (Verona, NJ) Catholic parishes. Most recently he is using his experience as a consultant and coach to serve a new foundation in New Jersey called Honor Your Elders.
Augusto holds a degree in law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) and an MBA from Colorado State University - Pueblo. As a lifelong learner, he reads more than seventy books each year.
While his career has been filled with accomplishments, Augusto takes the greatest pride in his 19-year marriage and in his daughter and son. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far, he credits his success to his desire to help others find their voice to create real impact in their lives.
