He has supported a variety of U.S. and international life sciences clients, focusing his efforts on designing, implementing and operating corporate and commercial compliance and privacy programs. He provides solutions and advisory support to boards of directors, business executives, general counsels, and chief compliance officers. Prior to starting his private sector career, Mr. Vincze served honorably as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 until 1995, earning the rank of Major. Starting as an artillery officer, Mr. Vincze was one of three First Lieutenants selected for a full scholarship to law school in 1985. During his military service, he received several citations to include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal while serving in the Office of the Secretary of Defense as a Captain. Following his active-duty military service, he began his career as a defense counsel and professional staff member with the United States House of Representatives in 1993 while remaining in the reserves as an Intelligence Officer and trained as a defense attaché to Hungary.
Mr. Vincze began his corporate career as the first vice president and compliance officer for Medaphis Corp. in 1995. Following this time, he functioned as the vice president of compliance services for Healthcare Management Advisors in 1997 until becoming the president and chief executive officer for Vincze and Frazer, LLC. in 1998.
Mr. Vincze continued his career as the vice president, privacy officer and ethics and compliance officer for TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc. in 2001. In 2008, he served as a director (non-equity partner) for Deloitte until taking a role as the senior vice president and chief compliance officer for Warner Chilcott in 2013. That same year, he became the principal and owner of VFE, LLC, which he later rebranded to TRESTLE Compliance, LLC.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Vincze is proud to have received an Emerging 30 Award from the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce in 2000 and a Telly Award on behalf of TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc. in 2005. He was also honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006 from his classmates at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In 2007, he was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in the Pharmaceutical Industry by PharmaVoice. His company, TRESTLE Compliance has been named the Best Life Science Commercial Business Compliance Firm in 2021, 2022 and 2023 by the Global Health & Pharma (GHP) Biotechnology Awards.
Over the course of his career Mr. Vincze has served on several Advisory Boards involved with compliance to include with the following organizations: RAND, Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA), American Medical Association (AMA), and most recently, as a member of Compliance Week's Advisory Board.
Mr. Vincze has actively supported several charitable organizations, to include: the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Association, the American Diabetes Association and the American Parkinson's Disease Association.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Vincze, a graduate of Phillips Academy (Andover), earned a Bachelor of Arts in history with a concentration in economics from Columbia College, Columbia University in 1982 and a Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1988. Following these achievements, he attained a Master of Laws in international and comparative law from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998 with distinction and gained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2006. An accomplished athlete and student leader while in college, Mr. Vincze was a varsity oarsman at Columbia and served as President of the fraternity of Delta Psi, Alpha Chapter, also known as Saint Anthony Hall.
Mr. Vincze was admitted to the Texas State Bar Association in 1989 and holds several professional certifications, including from the IAPP.
Within the coming year, Mr. Vincze intends to publish a forthcoming book, "Winning with Compliance: Driving Business Performance with Integrity".
