Ms. Joshi began her academic pursuits in her home country of India by earning a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Jamia Millia Islamia University in New Delhi. Later, Ms. Joshi began her corporate career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an Engineer and Technology Consultant where she served global clientele in the business intelligence realm.
Her quest for personal growth and expansion brought her to the United States where she earned an MBA from The Ohio State University. Soon after, Ms. Joshi joined Deloitte Consulting in New York as a Management Consultant where she worked on high-profile client engagements to drive business transformation. She was subsequently hired by Altice USA, a telecommunications provider, as a Manager to lead business process re-design and improvements. Just over a year later, Ms. Joshi was recruited by Charter Communications/Spectrum, another leading telecommunications company in Stamford, Connecticut, to lead their Business Integration efforts as a Director. During her tenure, Ms. Joshi quickly rose to the role of Senior Director and then to Vice President of Corporate Escalations where she led business units of over 120 employees while serving a 30M+ customer base.
Despite her extraordinary success as a high functioning executive, Ms. Joshi was no stranger to stress and burnout. Early on in her corporate career, she slowly began to make small but meaningful changes to her lifestyle to build mental and physical resilience. Over time, she curated a portfolio of strategies that allowed her to thrive under pressure and reimagine possibilities not just for herself but for many executives experiencing the same challenges. Ultimately, Ms. Joshi decided to change the trajectory of her career by venturing into entrepreneurship to disrupt the field of leadership performance by taking an integrated approach and her company, Boardroom Zen was formed.
Additional educational pursuits to Ms. Joshi's credit include credentials as Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner and Certified Professional Coach through iPEC Coaching. Furthermore, in 2022 Ms. Joshi graduated from the elite Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) – a gold standard in executive development geared towards senior-level women in media, entertainment and technology.
