She has been active in the mortgage business since graduating from college at 22. She spent many years as a processor and underwriter before becoming a loan officer in 1995. Ms. Ryan later joined Mortgage Financial in Danvers, Massachusetts, in 2005 as an assistant vice president, where she remained for 13 years. She was also a loan originator at CTX Mortgage Company from 2000 to 2005 and Bank of America from 1996 to 2000.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Ryan aims to continue networking with area realtors and listing agents to help her grow her portfolio.
A native of the area, Ms. Ryan graduated from Danvers High School. She subsequently earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1986.
Recognizing her accomplishments, Ms. Ryan was named as the Top Mortgage Professional in 2022, and appeared in Boston Magazine and Scotsman Magazine as a top producer. During her 28 years as a loan officer she consistently made President's Club.
