Additionally, he remains proud of the significant influence he had on national security procedures while affiliated with the Office of Management and Budget as the branch chief from 2001 to 2012 and as the program examiner between 1995 and 2001, through which Mr. Daniel capably assisted in the allocation of funding for cyber resources in an era when awareness and priorities surrounding cybersecurity were only emerging.
Notably, Mr. Daniel boasts stellar academic achievements, earned from prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Arts in public policy from Princeton University. He also completed the rigorous Master of Public Policy in national security at Harvard Kennedy School and holds a Master of Science in National Resource Planning from the National Defense University.
