In addition to his primary vocation, he serves as a small business owner of Pockets by Design, where he creates designs and art patterns for men's suit pockets, bow ties, long neckties and pocket squares. Mr. Kinchen initially began his career working as a computer lab proctor at the Community College of Philadelphia from 2009 to 2010, followed by a post of a collector at Wells Fargo in 2010.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Kinchen pursued an education at Drexel University, where he completed coursework in information technology in 1998. He continued his academic efforts at West Chester University in Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts in studio art in 2007. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Kinchen contributes to the Boy Scouts of America as a program specialist and to the Chapel of the Good Shepherd in Yeadon, Pennsylvania.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Kinchen is most proud to have graduated from West Chester University in 2007 and to be designing the art patterns for his pocket squares business. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his parents, especially his mother, who supported and motivated him to thrive in all his endeavors. Looking toward the future, Mr. Kinchen aspires to expand the scope of his new business and hopes to eventually retire from the IRS.
