During her thirty-year career with Caterpillar, Ms. Sullivan gained valuable expertise in social innovation, leadership, cross-functional collaborations, parts authorizations, product support, new product introduction, and dealer and customer support. Throughout her career, Ms. Sullivan was known for her innovation and transformation throughout her various roles.
Alongside her work, Ms. Sullivan is a member of the Global Leadership Council for One.org, which aims to end poverty and preventable diseases around the world. Previously, she contributed to the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the Community Workshop and Training Center, Little People of America, and the local Boys and Girls Club. An expert in her field, Ms. Sullivan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management, as well as an MBA from Bradley University.
