Recruited from Fotofab, she earned recognition as a marketing coordinator from 2020 to 2022, during which time she was responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, email campaigns, and more. Among other noteworthy roles, Ms. Ziemba worked in content and project management positions at MakingChips and Advanced Machine & Engineering Company and as a marketing communications manager at 3D Platform.

Civically invested, Ms. Ziemba has served with Women of Today's Manufacturing (WOTM) as a committee chairperson for educational programming. The organization was launched to support the creation and advancement of career paths for women in local manufacturing. Ms. Ziemba has also donated to organizations like Black Girls Do Engineer Corporation, an organization based in Houston that focuses on providing a STEM program to girls between the ages of six and 21, hosted by experts in the field.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Ms. Ziemba earned a bachelor's and master's degree in professional and technical writing in 2008 and 2015, respectively. She also completed an internship in journalism with the Irish American Post between 2007 and 2008. Moreover, Ms. Ziemba received numerous credentials in her field, including as an ICAgile certified professional, in digital project management through The Digital Project Manager, and in marketing and search engine optimization through HubSpot. As a part of her professional commitments, she is a member of the International Society for Professional Women and Women in Manufacturing (WiM).
