MACOMB, MI, May 01, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Colleen Wisinski has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Psychology from Adrian College, Ms. Wisinski graduated with a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College while serving as a Business Manager for IKON Office Solutions. Subsequently, she gained valuable expertise in the areas of Finance and Management as the Business Service Center Controller and District Financial Manager for IKON Office Solutions, a Controller for Creative Marketing Associates, and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Scherer Inc., a cosmetics supplier for large retail and drug companies such as Walmart and Rite Aid.
Supported by decades of professional experience, Ms. Wisinski currently excels as the Controller and Vice President of Finance for 365 Retail Markets. Since 2013, the aforementioned global leader in unattended retail technology has provided an application that allows employees to purchase an item from a market, dining area or cafeteria without the need for a cashier as well as numerous unprecedented solutions to enhance and maximize their customer's bottom line. In her dual roles, she manages a 16-person team, maintains the team's workflow, and oversees financial reporting, acquisition integration activities and process improvement initiatives.
Among her accomplishments in her capacity at 365, Ms. Wisinski has overseen over a dozen acquisitions, from monitoring fund flow activities to post-purchase integration and the restructuring of operations and finances. She was also a major contributor to a year-long due diligence process during the company's recapitalization bidding and subsequent merger with a private equity firm in 2020. Likewise, she is gratified to have presided over the implementation of all financial activities into 365's core business enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Wisinski is most proud to direct a team of exemplary employees, whose professionalism and commitment have reflected well not only on themselves but on the company as a whole. These efforts have yielded improvements to daily processes and new companies being merged into 365's ERP system, as well as modifications intended to minimize manual work and maximize efficiency throughout the company.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Wisinski has expanded upon her expertise by earning a real estate license via the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth. She is also a notary public for Macomb County, Michigan. In accounting for her success, Ms. Wisinski credits the influence of a few of her mentors, under whose tutelage she learned a great deal about her area of expertise, as well as the constant support from her family. Additionally, she has been honored many times, with her most recent acceptance of the Notable Women in Finance Award from Crain's Detroit Business.
