A seasoned business development professional with more than 10 years of relationship management and market growth experience, Mr. Stemler presently excels as the Regional Vice President of CUNA Mutual Group. In this capacity, he oversees a wide distribution space as a retirement plan consultant for clients in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Alongside his work with CUNA Mutual Group, Mr. Stemler is the owner of Trident Partnerships, which specializes in dual uses for historic real estate, and The Beacon, a 1920s style event venue that he runs alongside his wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Stemler gained valuable expertise in regional sales with Mutual of Omaha and as a wholesaler with Security Benefit. Likewise, he expanded upon his professional knowledge of complex financial models, defined contribution plans, and more with such companies as AT&T and Core First Bank & Trust. In conjunction with his work, Mr. Stemler contributes to his community as a fundraiser for the United Way of America and as a previous recruitment chair for the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
An expert in his field, Mr. Stemler earned an associate degree in political science from Washburn University in 2006. Subsequently, he received a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University, an MBA from Baker University, a fund specialist certificate through the Institute of Business & Finance, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
