Apart from managing his busy firm, Mr. Stevens supports his wife, Charity Stevens, an award-winning real estate professional who serves as his company's executive broker. She also sells real estate for The Sudar Group Real Estate Company in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mr. Stevens also employs a project manager who spearheads commercial development projects and several key administrators that manage the office.
Mr. Stevens' career in the industry began over 25 years ago as a draftsman for one of Little Rock's most prominent architectural firms, WD&D Architects. After nearly 10 years with architecture firms, he branched out, earning a degree and a contractor's license in the State of Arkansas. Before establishing Key Concepts, Mr. Stevens was a C3 Homes & Development founder/partner. Over the past six years, C3 has notably built more than 30 homes yearly while simultaneously building one $12 million multifamily development and four subdivisions. He is presently investing and building a 32-unit townhome complex, which is planned for completion in September 2023, and is wrapping up his subdivision: The Hollows at Beaver Lake.
Initially focused on earning a degree in architecture, Mr. Stevens became drawn to construction. In 2005, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Mr. Stevens also earned a graphic and design degree from Southern Arkansas University Tech and received a commercial contractors' license through the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
To remain aware of developments in his field, Mr. Stevens is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association and the American Institute of Architects. He was also appointed to serve on the board of the Home Builder Association in 2021.
Noted for his success, Mr. Stevens was a Silver and Quality Award winner and received an Online People Choice Award from the Northwest Arkansas Parade of Homes in 2022. Moreover, he also received several military awards during the nine years he served his country in the U.S. Army.
