In 2017, Mr. Meinecke helped establish Café Piazza in St. Louis, where he continues to oversee daily operations and supervise both the kitchen and floor staff.
In addition to his success with Café Piazza, Mr. Meinecke currently excels as the co-owner of Infamous BBQ, which offers a unique select of artisanal barbecue seasonings. Since 2020, he has also served as the co-owner of a St. Louis-based video arcade known as Benton Parkade. Likewise, Mr. Meinecke channeled his entrepreneurial spirit once again in 2022 to establish a retail toy business that specializes in collectibles, action figures and sports memorabilia.
Throughout his career as a restaurateur, Mr. Meinecke has been featured in numerous prominent newspapers and publications including the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. Along with his exceptional work ethic, he attributes a great deal of his success to his dedication to the advancement of his local community.
