Prior to his current role, Dr. Alarbi began his career as an assistant professor at the University of Tishreen in Syria in 1996 and became an associate professor with Jacksonville University in 2003. During his tenure, he was also the program director of the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics from 2011 until 2017. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proud to have been named Academic Professor of the University, Faculty of the Year and Professor of the Year.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Alarbi earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tishreen in Syria in 1996 and a Certificate in Special Orthodontic Studies from the University of Aix-Marseille II in 2002. Well-qualified in his field, he also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics from Jacksonville University in 2009 and became an active member of the American Board of Orthodontics in 2011. Within the coming years, Dr. Alarbi intends to continue to manage his growing business while devoting more time to his young family and to his passion for cycling.
