At the start of his endeavors in education, Mr. Crismon attended the University of Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Psychology in 2009 and 2010, respectively. Fond of the institution which provided him his education, he remained with the University of Phoenix at the professional level, serving in numerous roles throughout a 16-year tenure.
