Backed by years of professional expertise in engineering, growth management, and more, Ms. Reynolds presently serves as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Government Engineers Council. Similarly, she works as the director of engineering and capital programs for the City of Seguin, where she develops guidelines and checklists for the developing community of 30,000. Through her work, she also oversees capital projects, including a large storm-water project and several roadway projects.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Reynolds gained valuable expertise in the field as the first assistant city engineer and civil engineer for the City of New Braunfels, and as a project manager for Frost GeoSciences, where she worked between 2007 and 2008.
