Ms. Hines is an experienced inventory and project manager celebrating 15 years of experience in the retail logistics and healthcare industries. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002 with a bachelor of science in business logistics, and earned her Master of Business Administration at Stetson University in 2016. While a graduate student at Stetson University, Ms. Hines spent a year as the school's assistant director of graduate admissions and completed an additional project management certificate of achievement. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and completed her Agile Scrum Master training in 2022.
Ms. Hines began her career in 2007 as an inventory manager for Sears Holdings Corp., rising to become manager of supply chain operations for the company in 2011. After completing her graduate studies, she was recruited by DaVita Labs in 2016 into a new role, project manager chief of staff. Among the highlights of her time with DaVita was her work on establishing a new, multimillion-dollar laboratory facility designed to consolidate the operations of multiple older labs. She coordinated an IT manager and a construction manager throughout the project's realization, and led initiatives to eliminate paper-based internal processes.
As a part of her commitment to excellence, Ms. Hines is a member of the Project Management Institute. She is a member of the local Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated board and serves on a regional committee responsible for continuous improvement, an appointment she considers to be a particular honor. In her personal time, Ms. Hines enjoys swimming, a variety of fiber crafts, fine dining, and spending time with her family and three children. In the coming years, she looks forward to continuing to have an impact on others and to drive positive change in her industry and her community.
