Leveraging several years of excellence in the legal field, Mr. Ndlovu has earned distinction as a trial attorney. In this capacity, he has worked with Allen, Allen, Allen and Allen since 2019, focusing his efforts on cases involving personal injury, handling jury trials and litigation when needed. Additionally, he is a valued member of the New Lawyers Division Fundraising Committee of the American Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Northern Virginia Black Attorneys Association and the International Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Ndlovu began his career as an intern with the Monroe County Office of the District Attorney in 2016 and was a summer associate for Vandeventer Black LLP, now called Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black, in 2018. Following this time, he was a summer associate for Allen, Allen, Allen and Allen in 2019 and returned to Vandeventer Black LLP the same year in a similar position as well.
Outside of his primary career efforts, Mr. Ndlovu serves as a judge and coach for various high school debate, mock trial and moot court teams in his community. He is also a member with the Washington and Lee School of Law Young Alumni Council. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proud to have been named a Best Brief Finalist and Best Oralist in the John W. Davis Moot Court Competition in 2018. He won first place in the Robert J. Grey Negotiations Competition in 2019. He was also honored with a Distinction in Oral Advocacy Award by A.H. McLeod-Ross Malone in 2020, having been named to the list of National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 by Civil Plaintiff in 2022.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Ndlovu earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, political science and economics from the University of Rochester in 2017. He then attained a Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2020. Well-qualified in his field, he was admitted to the bar associations for the United States Western District of Virginia, the United States Eastern District of Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland.
Looking to the future, Mr. Ndlovu intends to continue growing in his field, expanding his skillset to become one of the best litigators in Virginia. He strives to fight for those who are less powerful, representing his clients against large corporations.
