Dedicated to health and safety, the environment, and the people with whom she works, Ms. Jefferson has been an industry leader for over 35 years. Joining Rizikon in Frisco, Texas, in 2020 as a safety director, she excels as a quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) management systems leader.
Skilled in various areas of the business, from design through implementation, she is known to be structured as a project manager and innovative as a problem solver, driving performance improvement, regulatory compliance, improved occupational health, and integration of QHSE management systems for long term organization self-sustainability. Ms. Jefferson has notably been the safety director for the City of Denton, Texas. In this capacity, she established an occupational health and safety management system and citywide emergency action plans to protect employees and cultivate a safer and healthier workplace.

Ms. Jefferson's career history includes several high-level positions as an associate consultant and principal consultant at RPS in Frisco, Texas, between 2008 and 2020.
