Since 2014, he has focused his efforts on communicating with e-commerce managers in Malaysia and other factory partners and vendors in China as well as creative directors who've helped him develop his business. He works to ensure the brand is competitive with industry standards, communicating with staff members to guarantee they are consistent. Additionally, he has been the founder of California Ave Apparel since 2009.
Likewise dedicated to civil advocacy, Mr. Early is a volunteer working with local businesses across California, including gymnasts and others in the athletics industry to provide mentality cultivation and preparedness training for student athletes in Bakersfield High School and Seaside High School. In the political sector, he has previously volunteered with the City Council of Bakersfield and the Office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and has engaged as a community volunteer with the Police Activities League since 2001. Since 2012, he has lent his service as a volunteer with the SPCA Kern County and the American Red Cross Southern California.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Early began his career as an assistant manager for Cal Ranch, Inc. in 2011 and became a territory representative for Ecolab in 2017. Before engaging in business administration and leadership, he was an accomplished professional football athlete, and pursued the Olympics in boxing twice. He transitioned his athletic career from professional boxing, to breaking numerous state and national records, including setting two world records in powerlifting.
While embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Early completed coursework in liberal arts and science at the University of Oregon and earned a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix. He then attained a Master of Business Administration in 2020 and a Master of Science in Information Systems in information technology in 2022, both from the University of Phoenix. Well-qualified in his field, he holds executive leadership and advanced leadership certifications with NSLS Baruch and is a national black MBA associate with the National Black MBA Association. Among his educational accomplishments, he was recognized as one of the top 1% out of 1.4 million students in executive leadership and skills by the National Society of Leadership and Success and was inducted to the Order of the Sword and Shield National Honor Society.
Within the coming years, Mr. Early intends to complete a Doctor of Management in organizational leadership and information technology from the University of Phoenix, which will enable him to further his efforts towards the betterment of society. He plans to continue growing his company, raising it to a household name by changing the narrative of the corporations that cater to the people they serve in a more ethical way. His ultimate goal is to have a positive impact on the people around him, spreading his compassion for others and uplifting his community.
