NBK Counseling & Consulting mentors and supervises other practices by providing clinical supervision hours to other clinicians so they can gain their independent licensure. Over the years, Mrs. Buhrman-Kleier has also worked in the medical aspects of social work as the director of case management for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of East Valley, where she served between 2013 and 2021 and as the director of Quality and Value Based Programs for OrthoArizona.
During the early stages of her career, Mrs. Buhrman-Kleier gained valuable expertise in the educational and clinical settings with Arizona State University and SMMHC, Inc. In order to remain aware of ongoing industry changes, she aligns herself with the American Case Management Association. An expert in her field, she holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Subsequently, Mrs. Buhrman-Kleier expanded upon her professional knowledge, earning a Master of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

The cornerstone of her success lay in her supportive husband and family, as well as her wonderful mentors and coaches in the social work arena. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Buhrman-Kleier intends to establish her own office, focus her practice on working with individuals, families, and children, and provide additional resources to the rural areas in Arizona.
