He ultimately served as a project business analyst team lead for Nationwide Insurance in 2017.
Among his many professional accomplishments, Mr. Agrawal was honored with two Bravo Associate Recognition awards and a More Than a Business award from Nationwide Insurance. They also presented him with a Star of the Quarter award, Quality and Continuous Improvement recognition, One Nationwide Behaviors award and several Bravo awards over the course of his tenure with the company. He had the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and was fortunate to be part of the various pilot programs, including assisting with the digital transformation for the company.
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Agrawal earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in business management from The British Institute and an associate degree in constriction engineering from the Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology. Following these achievements, he attained a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering from Kensington University. After immigrating to the United States from India, he gained a Master of Business Administration in international business from Schiller International University. Well-qualified in his field, he holds numerous certifications for his profession, including in transition support services, lean portfolio management and adaptive project leadership, among many others.
