She collaborates on documentaries with organizations like Fundación Iguales Panamá, Human Rights Watch (HRW), and the United Nations Human Rights - office of the high commissioner (UNCHR).

Jessica started her career as a corporate intern in the INROADS mentoring program while attending Hendrix College in 2001, where she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics. Her commitment to her field led her to become a Project Management Institute (PMI) mentor and a Pathful Inc. educator for students. Jessica is also an international speaker on "Leading without a Title" and "Leveraging your core values."

In conjunction with her primary business interests, Jessica has made significant creative contributions, including facilitating a Women in Consumer Finance empowerment workshop on "How to be a Great Leader, No Matter What Position you Have," speaking to the women in the Dallas Police Department on "Imposter Syndrome," serving as a panelist with the America Society of Quality (ASQ) Human Development & Leadership Division on "Leading Organizations," and as a storyteller performer for Women of Candor.
