Recognized as the youngest to ever serve in her position at Commonwealth Senior Living in Gloucester, Virginia, Ms. Hamilton is the company's new Sales Director. Promoted to her role in 2022 after six previous months as a sales coordinator, she is responsible for the department's overall direction. Ms. Hamilton also focuses much of her attention on assisting the community, specifically senior citizens and their families.

In addition to housing, she assists prospective residents with inquiries, schedules visits, manages applications and admissions, and, among other goals, focuses on establishing relationships with local businesses, physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and others that play a role in her company's success.

Ms. Hamilton has dedicated her free time to the Gloucester Baystars' U-14 Marlins girls' travel soccer team since 2021. She previously garnered experience in sports as a swim instructor and lifeguard at Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center in Gloucester and as the previous JV soccer coach at Gloucester High School.
A graduate of Old Dominion University, Ms. Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in marketing in 2021. She attributes her success to her family's support and internal motivation to excel. Ms. Hamilton also notes her desire to significantly impact the community.
