She is also the former owner and operator of Andreini's Group Home, through which she was responsible for supervising every individual residing onsite 24 hours per day. On the rare occasion that she needed time away, Ms. Andreini-Eschelweck would secure an alternate home manager to come in and relieve her because none of her residents were permitted to be left unattended.
Ms. Andreini-Eschelweck is a professional member of Lakestate Industries in Escanaba, Michigan. A leader in employment and training, the private, non-profit vocational rehabilitation agency serves individuals with various abilities.
Ms. Andreini-Eschelweck graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 1983. She also received credentials as a licensed social worker.
Grateful for her success in the industry, Ms. Andreini-Eschelweck notes her upbringing and passion for helping others. Additionally, she has found inspiration in her mother, a substance abuse counselor, for setting an excellent example for her while coming of age.
