As a child, Mr. Hausch was given a ride in a plane by his neighbor, which inspired him and directed his career path in aviation. Then, at age 14 he joined the Civil Air Patrol auxiliary of the U S Air Force as a young cadet.
An expert in his field, Mr. Hausch holds several industry certifications through the National Aircraft Appraisers Association, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal-USPAP, the Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Pilot with Jet ratings, and California Air College. Additionally, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning an aviation management certification from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a U.S. aircraft safety manager certification from the Aviation Research Group. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Hausch aligns himself with the Experiential Aircraft Association, the National Air Transportation Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association, the National Business Aviation Association, the National Aircraft Finance Association, and many more.
In conjunction with his work, Mr. Hausch dedicates himself to his community as a member of various aviation youth organizations. Due to his outstanding body of work, he won the Pilot Safety Award from the National Business Aviation Association.
