An expert in his field, Dr. Liang holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in computer science and software engineering from Dalian Maritime University's Digital Engineering Institute, a master's degree in theological studies, and a PhD in algorithmic theory in computer science from the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Subsequently, he completed an IBM Cybersecurity Practitioner and Instructor Certificate and an NRC Fellowship through the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Dr. Liang aligns himself with the Association for Computing Machinery. In light of his professional achievements, he has been honored many times, earning a National Award for Advancement in Science and Technology from CSSC, various National Science Foundation grants, and the Best Technical Presenter Award from the International Conference on Engineering and Meta-Engineering.
