Relying on years of management experience, Ms. Tolzdorf has owned Millers Pub, formerly Equis Spanish Gardens, since 2006. Millers Pub offers a laid-back atmosphere featuring food and drink and weekly entertainment like live music and karaoke. Looking toward the future, Ms. Tolzdorf aims to continue building her clientele and have the pub become recognized as one of the most well-known hot spots in the area. Admittingly working seven days per week to ensure her bar is fully functioning, she can often be found on the floor or tending the bar. Adding her new retail store to her schedule, she has only a little time to herself. However, Ms. Tolzdorf loves being surrounded by happy customers and playing an active part in her community.
