Specializing in cloud engineering, Amazon web services, and artificial intelligence, he is responsible for designing cloud infrastructure solutions. The company offers value stream management software that improves predictability, agility, and efficiency.
Mr. Mansuri began his career in the industry in 2015 as a test automation engineer at Infosys in Pune, India. Once he arrived in Canada, he spent a year with Tasktop as a junior software engineer before being acquired by Sophos in Vancouver as a full-time engineer. He spent the next two years as an associate cloud infrastructure service engineer and a cloud infrastructure service engineer. In 2021, Mr. Mansuri was hired by Mogo in Vancouver as a DevOps engineer managing the microservice cluster orchestration and deployment pipelines for speedy releases and CI/CD.
Among a myriad of successful projects during his tenure, Mr. Mansuri was involved with a master project that included creating a security stack for drones using cloud infrastructure. He also contributed to a brain-computer interface using a low-cost, self-designated EEG. Mr. Mansuri attributes his success to his persistence. Looking toward the future, he aims to start his own business, generate jobs for others, and have more financial independence.
Mr. Mansuri earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering at the Nirma Institute of Technology in India in 2015 and a Master of Engineering in electrical and computer engineering at the University of British Columbia in 2019 with Specialization in AI. While pursuing his degrees, he also completed an internship with Hirel Hitachi Gandhinagar and Zebra Technologies. Mr. Mansuri received certification in machine learning through Coursera and credentials as an automation specialist I and automation specialist II through Tosca Tricentis.
To remain aware of developments in his field, Mr. Mansuri has been a member of several professional electronic and communication organizations. He has also been recognized with industry awards from Infosys Limited, including an Insta Award in 2016 and 2017 as an IVS RnR Tech Champ in 2017.
Mr. Faizan believes in work-life balance, and as a hobby he pursues music, creating his own songs and singing old Bollywood classics. He also organizes and performs professionally around Vancouver at community concerts as he believes in giving back to the community.
