Backed by 18 years of experience in the title and real estate industries, Mrs. Gold has excelled as the President of Rocky Mountain Title since 2022. A licensed real estate broker, realtor, closing agent, title insurance agent, and notary public, she oversees staffing matters, manages all files and closings in order to better serve clients and train her employees, and supervises a team of six employees.
Inspired by her former partner, a mortgage broker, Mrs. Gold pursued a career in the title industry, which led to her joining Fidelity Default Resolution Network in 2004. For nearly a decade, she served as Vice President and Branch Manager before becoming a Mobile Presenter for Land Title Guarantee Company in 2013. Over the years, she gained valuable expertise in the field with Land Title as a Closing Associate and Licensed Closing Agent, and with Equity Title as a Sales Representative. Similarly, Mrs. Gold worked in the real estate and finance industries with such companies as Keller Williams, The Porchlight Group, Fidelity National Title, Alliance Title, and Bank of America.
In recognition of her outstanding performance, Mrs. Gold received the Best Customer Service Award and the Best Closer Award from Fidelity Default Resolution Network, a division of Fidelity National Financial. Rocky Mountain Title LLC won "Best Title Company of Colorado" from Best of Mile High in March of 2023. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in establishing Rocky Mountain Title. A graduate of Desert Vista High School, she completed coursework in business marketing at the College of Marin.
Mrs. Gold believes that the cornerstone of her success lay in her faith, the trust she has established with her clients, and giving back to others through the church and in her community. Within the next five years, she aims to establish her own nonprofit organization as well as a center to help children in foster care. She also intends to establish a healing center for those suffering from addiction, depression, and anxiety. Through the center, she aims to administer mushrooms, which have recently been legalized in Colorado, opening new neuropathways for others to see another side of life.
Mrs. Gold has been married to her husband, local realtor Robert, for 16 years. They have four sons. She enjoys meditation, yoga, hiking, and spending time with family.
