Before starting his professional life, Mr. Deshpande earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai Father Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology in India in 2000. Following this achievement, he attained a certificate of Executive Leadership, Product Design and Financial Data Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. Eminently qualified in his field, he is a certified Scrum product owner and graduate from a large account management program from the Miller Heiman Group, A Korn Ferry Company, in 2019. He is also a valued member of the California Mortgage Banking Association.
