Establishing herself in the industry in 2019, Ms. Frey notes that she has taught exercise and yoga for over 30 years. She attributes her success as a business owner to her ability to heal and speak her truth. Having learned the many tools to help herself get well as a 49-year survivor of domestic abuse, she is now focused on helping others.
Ms. Frey hosts a blog on her website, sharing positive affirmations and quotes. She also recently co-authored "Quiet and Badass: Visionary Women Embracing Their Uniqueness To Create Epic Impact" in 2022. Ms. Frey is among a group of a dozen introverts and highly sensitive women that share their personal experiences and wisdom as female business professionals.
Aside from her time at the studio, Ms. Frey is involved in community outreach. She serves on the board of Break The Silence Against Domestic Abuse, a nonprofit organization founded in 2011 by Kristen Faith. She also volunteers her services to other organizations that support domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Looking toward the future, Ms. Frey aims to continue her involvement to reach as many women in need as possible.
Ms. Frey graduated from Bucks County Community College with an Associate of Science in kinesiology and exercise science in 2001. Well-qualified in her field, she received credentials as a certified reiki master teacher and practitioner.
