Drawing on over a decade of diverse expertise, Mr. Hanneman specializes in general construction and contracting. Since 2019, he has found great success as a partner with his brother-in-law/co-owner, Mark McElroy Jr, of K+M Contracting. He credits the success of his business to the wisdom and knowledge that has been handed down to him from his mentors and most of all, God. Without having a faithful relationship with the Lord, he would not know how to fully love others the way God loves us and be a servant to the clients he has the opportunity to serve. His measure of success is not based upon the amount of money he has or the assets he owns, but rather the number of people he is able to help and bless along his path of life.
While making his way through high school, Mr. Hanneman was employed at a local construction company where he learned to be skilled with his hands and found satisfaction in helping peoples' dreams come to life. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served honorably for four years (2011-2015) as an infantryman with one tour of Afghanistan under his belt. His attention to detail and superior performance in the field got him promoted to a Team Leader at a very young age where his leadership skills began to grow. Some of his awards in the military include Combat Infantryman's Badge, Expert Infantryman's Badge, and Afghanistan Campaign Medal.
Upon leaving the military, Mr. Hanneman picked up where he left off in the construction field. It was when his soon to be brother-in-law and him where helping replace Mr. McElroy's grandmother's roof. The Lord gave the two young men a vision to become business partners and begin their own journey starting a business together. They both continued to get into the Word every day and seek the Lord on what the next step was going to be and a few short months later, it was time to take a step of faith and start K+M Contracting. Since taking the step of faith, the Lord has showed them and continues to show them how to run, operate, and grow their business in accordance with the Word of God. Mr. Hanneman is responsible for managing his crews to be where they need to be with the tools and materials needed to complete bathroom/kitchen/whole house remodels, exterior remodels, additions, and new construction homes.
Mr. Hanneman is very grateful and thankful for everything he has and the opportunities he comes across.
