Previously, he worked as a Senior .Net Developer for Open Dealer Exchange, LLC. In this capacity, he created current-generation and next-generation credit and compliance solutions for the automotive industry. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Craft gained valuable expertise in positions with JPMorgan Chase Bank and Marathon Petroleum Corporation.
Outside of his work, Mr. Craft has contributed to his community through the Black Historical Library and Multicultural Center, Children's Mentoring Connection, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Likewise, he was named an Exalted Ruler for the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks in Findlay, OH. An expert in his field, Mr. Craft became a Certified Scrum Developer through the Scrum Alliance and received a Bachelor of Science in computer and information science from The Ohio State University.
In light of his outstanding body of work, Mr. Craft won the Volunteer of the Year Award through the Black Historical Library and Multicultural Center in 2018. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he takes the most pride in his work with Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where he served as the project manager to launch the data analytics effort. The cornerstone of his success lays in his strong work ethic, compassion for others, and love of what he does. In the coming years, Mr. Craft intends to obtain a managerial role and eventually found his own consulting or contracting firm.
