For her outstanding achievements, Ms. Kairouz received a Leadership Fellowship through the University of La Verne's Terrence E. Deal Leadership Institute. Similarly, she won the Lindsay Scholar Award from Loyola Marymount University. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in maintaining solid relationships with her clients, specifically throughout the 2007-2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic.
